Making a Purchase

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping and Handling

UK/Europe - £1 per item, maximum £5
N America - £1.50 per item, maximum £9.00
Rest of World - £1.75 per item, maximum £17.50

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All orders made from the UK or the European Union are subject to VAT at 17.5% which is included in the price shown.
All other orders are VAT free and an adjustment will be made for orders placed from outside the European Union.

Credit Card Security

Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event of there being any defect in the items shipped, Silver Scenes will offer a replacement, or full refund.
Simply contact us, within 7 days of receiving your goods, at returns@silverscenes.com stating your order number (printed on your invoice) and a brief description of the problem.
If the items are faulty, Silver Scenes Ltd will incur all postal charges involved in the return and replacement.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
